agility (noun) quickness of bodily movement; quickness of thinking.
You would need quickness of movement if you were a wrestler or a boxer; that is, you require agility. An athlete must be able to move quickly; their body movements have to be quick. That is, they must have agility. In difficult situations, and in an emergency, you need to think fast. That is, you must have mental agility.
- The boxer Joe Hanmer had the strong punch to floor his opponents, but he lacked agility, and so was always at the risk of being hit by the opponent.
