A celebration or a party which involves drink, sex, and uncontrolled behavior is bacchanalian. When a group of people celebrating an occasion, or just for the pleasure of it, get drunk, have sex, etc., unrestrictedly, they have a bacchanalian session. Bacchus, the god of wine in ancient Greek mythology, is the origin of the word. Bacchanalian revelry was very common in ancient Greece and Rome especially among the royal and upper classes.
