collage (noun) the art of making a picture by pasting colored paper, photos, other pictures, etc., on a surface.
Nothing is a waste if only we have the will to know how we can use them; to create, among other things, even beauty. Pieces of colored paper, old photos, bits of cloth or fabric of different colors, newspaper or magazine clippings, etc., can be pasted together as a beautiful picture on a surface, say, a cardboard, or a wall. They can be pasted so as to make a colorful pattern also. This process is collage, and a picture formed this way is a collage. A collage is also, usually a number of things arranged together to form a pattern. A collage of the songs of the 1990s, for example, is an album, a cassette, or a CD, which includes songs and music of a wide variety.
