covetous (adj) avaricious; greedy.

A covetous person has a strong desire to possess what others have, especially the wealth that others have. Their desire is so strong that however much they have, they still desire to possess more. The more they have, the more they wish to have, even if it means taking over others' wealth. You are covetous if you desire to possess your neighbor's wealth.
