A person's disinclination to work is their unwillingness to work. 'His disinclination to be of any help to us was clear from his silence. This means that his silence showed that he was unwilling to help us. A selfish person has the disinclination to be of any service to the community. That is, his unwillingness to serve the community shows his selfishness.
