dispatch (noun) official message; message sent to a newspaper; quick and efficient action.

Official messages, especially those sent from one department of the government to another, or between various departments of armed forces are dispatches. A dispatch contains some important information or instructions for the receiver. The reporter of a newspaper in a foreign country sends his news reports to their newspaper. This is a dispatch. The dispatch contains information of the situation in the country in which the reporter is functioning. When you act with dispatch, you do a thing quickly and efficiently. Your action is proper for the occasion and is capable of solving a problem and resolving a crisis. Dispatch is what is most needed in disaster management.
