When you have flair, say, for public speaking, you have the talent for it. You have the natural ability to make speeches or to debate. A person having a flair for marketing has the ability to do the job well. A manager with a flair for human relations has an aptitude for maintaining excellent human relations. You have a flair for a job if you do it well and skillfully.
