forthright (adj) straightforward; frank.

When you are forthright, you say honestly what you think of others or of a situation. You are forthright when you express your opinion frankly and straightforwardly. You are frank when you are forthright. People who are forthright may sometimes appear rude because they are open in expressing their views.
