The grandeur of a building is its state of being impressive in its size or appearance. If in size or appearance a thing is grand, it has grandeur. 'There is grandeur about everything Roman in the ancient times.' That is, everything Roman in the ancient days, gave the impression of being grand. The grandeur of the pyramids is their impressively huge size and their impressive appearance.
